(maximum size: 15 participants). Chuck is a full-time freelance writer, poet, lecturer,
& broadcaster.

PROMPT START: This month walks will be shorter due to the shorter days. A prompt start will be important in the morning to be sure of completing the walk before dark.
BOOKING: Booking for the winter months may be done up to 6.00pm on Saturday.
GROUP WALKS ARRANGED: If you have a social club at your workplace or a group of friends or colleagues that you think might enjoy a day out followed by a meal, sing-song etc, give me shout.
WARM CLOTHING: Please remember to bring extra warm clothing and most importantly a change of clothes for after the walk.
SUNDAY HILL WALKS: Start 10.00am. Finish 5-6pm Cost £10; Poor visibility options
available on most routes
TRANSPORT: by car pooling to the starting point. Efforts can be made to accomodate those
without transport.
Bring drinking water and refreshments, raingear and additional warm clothing. Children
are welcome (and are not charged) but must be accompanied by an adult who will be
responsible for them at all times.
