Fergus & Patricia O'Mahony, Restaurant Owners
Fergus & Patricia have been owners of Mary Ann's since 1988. They have built it into one of the most famous bar / restaurants in Ireland. Fergus, a native of Castletownshend, trained as a Hotel Manager in Ireland, UK & Austria and has been in the business over twenty years. Patricia is a native of County Kerry and worked for AIB before coming to Mary Ann's. She has been responsible for the food end of the business since 1988, working closely with the chefs and staff, developing menus that utlise local produce and adding flair to our presentation.Vera Burchil, Assistant Manager
Vera has been here since 1988 and has been an integral part of Mary Ann's development. She is the radar on our team, as nothing misses Vera's attention. Our customers adore her.Erwan Poudoulec, Head Chef
Erwan is from Brittany. We had searched for six months for a new head chef with flair and imagination and are delighted to welcome Erwan on board.Angela Burchill, Pastry Chef
Angela is with us ten years. She has a flair for pastry that touches on the brilliant. Her creations are always enjoyed by our customers. Angela is also our Baker, so now you know who makes our famous brown bread. Angela also looks after the Salad and Starter section.Mahinda Daweg, Assistant to Head Chef
Mahinda joined our team last July from Sri Lanka. She is an invaluable member of our staff.Kazi Abrar, Preparation Section
