In 2004, a year of celebration is top of the menu at Mary Ann's Bar & Restaurant, Castletownshend, as Fergus and Trish O'Mahony look back on 21 successful years in business. A series of special events, which will be held throughout the year, include a Golf Classic in June, a huge party in July with a major celebrity guest, a charity auction, speciality nights and a total of ten art exhibitions throughout 2004. Welcome to Mary Ann's Bar & Restaurant

Relatively unchanged in 150 years, any renovation work has been done discreetly, to keep the old fashioned feel of the place. Read more about our history, going back to the 15th century.

The bar is fully stocked with draught and bottled beers and spirits. Our large wine list encompasses wine regions throughout the World.

Enjoy a hearty lunch or a fine dinner in our restaurant. We also serve food in the bar from an extensive bar menu. The patio and vineroom are very popular for summer dining.

Mary Ann's bar & Restaurant has built up a substantial private dining business, catering for small weddings, private dinners, business lunches and special occasions. Fergus and Trish have always believed in trading locally. The majority of suppliers are based within a five to ten mile radius of Mary Ann's, who only buy the best of Irish produce.
