<p>The Grove is currently undergoing a loving garden restoration. The garden is beautifully terraced over 1.6 acres overlooking Kinsale Harbour. Features of the garden are the magnificent beech tree with a trunk diameter of 16ft and the Holy Well beside it, the many lovely old walls, some being those of a monastery which stood on the land over 1,000 years ago and the many fine trees and shrubs. Amongst the tree and shrub collection are a fine Drimys <em>winteri</em>, several Drimys <em>lanceolata</em>, Acer <em>griseum</em>, Acer <em>osakazuki</em>, Podocarpus <em>salignus </em>and Cornus.</p>
<p>OPEN: 11th–26th June, Monday–Saturday, 10am–7pm. 1st April–30th September by appointment.<br />
ADMISSION: €4. Children €2. <span style="color: #ff0000;">Sorry no dogs.</span><br />
LOCATION: With the White Lady Hotel on your left turn immediately left after it up hill. Turn sharp left near top of hill and The Grove is first on your right.<br />
